I'm constantly switching out new and different health and workout supplements, partly to keep my body from getting used to any one supplement, formula or brand in particular. When I read the workout benefits of HMB, I started adding it in powder form to my morning pre-workout drink. I found this gummy version and grabbed a bottle for when I'm running low on time and want to take my HMB on the go.I like that it is no sugar added and best of all, these gummies taste great! One bottle has 60 gummies and at the 2 gummies suggested serving size, which gives 1000mg of HMB, this bottle will last 30 servings. I usually take 1500mg, so I take 3 gummies, meaning the bottle will last me 20 servings.

I love these supplement gummies. They’re shaped like gummy bears and they taste really good kind of like pineapple candy. Their shaped first ingredient is stevia which is a natural sweetener - I love that! I much prefer stevia to maltitol since it is not going to cause GI problems like maltitol can in moderate to large quantities. The taste is great so I know I will have no problem taking these every day.

I would eat these gummies even if they had no nutritional value because they are so delicious! I found these NAC gummies to be very easy to take. I have Ben getting into NAD supplements recently and wanted to find a gummy that was easy to take, this fit the bill. The gummies tased good and were easy to chew. No bad aftertaste, or any stomach irritation after ingesting. I normally eat my supplements with food, and I would recommend it with these as well. Overall, the gummy’s were easy to take, and I had no side effects. I will continue to use to see the overall antiaging effects.

I’ve tried a million different versions of creatine gummies and I’d say these are pretty darn good. Many aren’t labeled tested but these are! The dose is spot on at 5g and they taste great especially for being sugar free. This is silly but I do appreciate how 4 gummies is only 10 calories and not something bogus like 40 (I see that all the time). Much more convenient than powders and serves as a little treat!
