Taste -- Not for Me

This is not for me. I thought it would taste like honey but it does not. The shilajit taste is strong. However, I add this to drinks with no issues. I do not mind shilajit but I was just expecting a sweeter milder taste.

Awesome way to take fulvic minerals

These 400mg honey and shilajit sticks are an easy way to get a daily dose of fulvic minerals. I take it straight from the package. Mixed well with the honey, the taste is doable for me. The honey is rich and delicious. This is great to take in the early afternoon to boost my sluggish afternoon energy. It's easy to pop into a bag to take on the go as needed.

Bitter taste

These honey sticks seem like a great idea for energy and immune support, but the taste is definitely an acquired one. The shilajit flavor is very strong and earthy, which can be overwhelming even with the honey and saffron. If you’re used to the taste of shilajit, it might not be an issue, but for someone new to it, it’s pretty unpleasant. That said, if you can get past the taste, they do seem to provide a nice energy boost but not sure it’s worth it
