Taste is wonderful. Really easy to take. Just chew it up and good to go. No pill to swallow and glass of water to get for it. Value is really good to. I take this supplement for digestion. Really good at helping with food digestion breakdown issues. Very effective and helpful to those without a gallbladder, such as myself. I prefer to take the supplement 10 minutes before I consume my daily meal, so the enzymes are ready to work.

I ordered these Bromelain Papain Enzyme Gummies for digestive support. One of the more uncomfortable experiences one can have is enjoying an excellent meal only to suffer the digestive consequences afterwards. It's uncomfortable to say the least. These gummies contain Bromelain, an enzyme found in pineapples, that apparently eases the process of protein digestion. This makes digestion a less laborious process for ones stomach, and also seems to reduce the possible development of inflammation which is the source of some stomach discomfort.Since I began taking these soft and easy to chew pineapple flavored gummies several weeks ago, some of the digestive discomfort that I've been feeling after a full meal has been significantly mitigated. It's not a cure because I still have to be vigilant about what I eat, but there has been improvement. There are 60 gummies in each bottle and with a 2 gummy serving size, that equals a one month supply. Because I consider these gummies to be a success, at least for me, I will continue to take them.
