Our Returns Policy

Return & Refund Policy

  • If you purchased a  product from the Wellcatcher official store, you may request a return or refund. return and refund according to the following policy.
  • If you purchased a Wellcatcher product from other suppliers and resellers, you may not request return or refund from us as our suppliers and resellers may have their own policies regarding refund and return. Please contact them for further information.

30-day No Reason to Return

Within 30 days of your purchase, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase (including but not limited to “don’t want”, ”don’t meet your needs”, or “don’t like” ), you may return the purchased items and accessories complete, unused, and in their original packing. 

  • *Before returning the product, please send a picture of the packaged product and shipping script to our customer service staff, and apply for a return. After the customer service staff reviews the application materials, follow the return process according to the return instructions provided by the customer service staff.*(Please note that we will not accept returns event that are not in accordance with the above instructions,please understand.)
  • You will be responsible to pay for the return shipping costs.
  • Refund will be processed within 7 business days after the product is returned to WELLCATCHER warehouse.

 

How To Return Items

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

1. Wrap the item securely in its original packaging or alternatively a suitable box with all accompanying documentation. Items should be in the original sealed condition they were received in unless faulty. Any damaged item(s) may not be accepted.

2. Contact Customer Services at support@wellcatcher.us, who will provide you with a freepost return address providing you are able to return your order under the returns policy outlined above. If postage is paid by customers, this cannot be refunded as we have a freepost system where no postage is required.

3. We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund.

Please note that international orders are not free to return.
